Feel free to arrive anytime, but remember that I will work alone until I have evaluated everything and am ready to summarize the findings. You do not need to be at the inspection when I start. (recommended arrival time is ~45 minutes after I start, if you are able to attend that is)
Why is this? - Homes and their systems are inherently complex. There are many interrelated components that are viewed at different times throughout the inspection. That is why it is important to let me see everything before going over my findings. Bottom line: I want to be as thorough as humanly possible, and having a shadow or too many distractions will take away from that.
